Dark View Option for Back End of Store

I’d like the option to have a dark view option just on the Back-End of my Store, the part I only see and customers do not. It would make working there easier on my eyes.

I understand the OP asked for an option, but…

Please if Z decides to go forward with this, make SURE it is offered as an OPTION.
I prefer it the way it is now,dark fonts on white bg, best contrast visually.
