Design not showing on the listing photos

I’ve noticed a few listings where the design isn’t showing on the design editor, but the templates are still there to change the text. This is one example: Editable Holiday Baking Gift Red Merry Christmas Small Gift Bag | Zazzle

I went into the red one and was able to use the existing listing to edit the design and create another listing that’s showing correctly in the listing, but if anyone clicks on the listing itself it just shows the background color, not the design. So the elements are there, but the listing just shows the blank bag.

@karab This looks similar to an issue that recently affected tiled patterns with text. Do your other examples include tiling with text?

Yes! I don’t remember what the other listing was that was doing it, but i’ll look for that thread, thanks.

as mentioned before, text grouped with text and then using tiling, you’re not alone with this problem…
