Hi,
Has the design tool been disabled? Normally, I can select a design, gain access to the tool, and then apply that design to multiple products one after another. For the past few days, however, I’ve only been able to edit the design or apply it to a single product—which I also have to search for using the search function. That can’t be how it’s supposed to work, can it?

@Vythryd Are you sure it’s Zazzle’s design tool you’re thinking of? You can only design one product at a time. After you publish that product - you can transfer that design over to other products (but still only one at a time - not multiple)

Yes, when I click on a design under “Saved Designs,” the tool used to open with various options, such as Design, Background, etc., as well as the “Products” option sorted by category. There, I could select a category and apply the originally selected design to individual products in that category one by one. Not to multiple products at once, but one after another without having to search for each product in the category beforehand. This hasn’t been working for about 3–4 days now.

@Vythryd I’m confused (and it doesn’t take much these days) Pretty sure we’ve not been able to do that on the Zazzle platform
