Hi @Scott , after a few days, it was blank. I logged out and used incognito mode as suggested to view it but it was still blank. I also tried other sites to check if the problem was my computer but they’re all working fine such as VistaPrint, Custom Ink, Spreadshirt and others. It works fine on my phone but not on my computer.

This doesn’t look quite right. Can you provide a little bit more information so that we can investigate:
1. Which browser are you using?
Which operating system are you using, and what version do you have installed?
Do you have any browser extensions installed?
Thanks @Scott for replying. I’m still using Monterey 12.7.6 and Safari 17.6 due to hardware constraints but they work on all other sites. I also tried Chrome 145.0.7632.117 and Edge 145.0.3800.70. MetaMask is installed on Chrome and Edge and none is installed on Safari.

Wow, I thought the new design tool was similar to Canva, but it’s apparently almost identical to VistaPrint! Or maybe all these sites are using Canva’s “engine”?
It’s disappointing, because Zazzle’s old design tool was MILES ahead of all the other POD sites and Canva, for functionality and features. Now they are trying to be just as basic and un-intuitive as all those other sites.
I thought exactly the same. I don’t understand how a platform can be a leader in a domain when it transforms itself to look like other existing platforms, because these other platforms will always be one step ahead as they started to behave this way before the followers.
I would have loved that Zazzle could transform its own way if it needed modernization, but without trying to resemble others, just through identifying its strengths and highlighting them. My feeling and perception is that it’s not what they’re currently doing.
