I am a new creator and none of the designs I have posted are appearing on the general Zazzle search. I have completed my profile up to 95% and currently have 40+ items posted. I have 7-10 tags per post with at least 4-5 that are quite specific.
I have emailed Zazzle support but wanted to know if there are any suggestions anyone could provide in order for my designs to start showing? Thanks
It takes time for indexing, so it’s at least a few days. One of my items did not show in results for about six months. I never got an answer as to why. But most items do show up after a week or so.
Ok thank you that has reassured me, as other similar sites I use have a much quicker turnaround in terms of items being available for general sale.
When you say they’re not showing, what search are you using the find them?
Or do you mean they’re not yet visible in your store front?
If it is search related, bear in mind the several thousand similarly titled tagged products they might be competing with.
It’s normal for new stores. Don’t worry. Even if I opened a new Zazzle store right now, it would take some days for the products to appear in the marketplace.
