Hi. When trying to edit one of my new designs, the “Personalize this Design” button will not work. Nothing happens at all when I click it. Also, nothing happens when I try to click the “Details” button. I began this design last night and everything was working fine. This morning, I was going to continue working on it. I clicked the button to open the edit page - nothing. Also, when I clicked the details button - nothing. I tried multiple times. The odd thing is that this is the only one of my saved products that does this. The buttons on my other products work fine.
I am running into this, as well. The personalize this button and the edit design button are unresponsive during the design process both while creating a completely new design or starting from one in my saved designs. Meanwhile, I can still click the sell it button and post an item for sale. I am using the Chrome browser with the latest Windows.
We’re working on a fix for this issue. In the meantime, you can try adding the product to your Cart, then opening the product from there and then customizing.
