I am just wondering if this was across the board or if I did something ( I have no idea what) to create this increase in activity?
Yes! My linkover numbers are a fraction of yours but I also saw a major spike on 3/23. I did nothing out of the ordinary to alter anything.

I noticed an increase too and like @Marcia only a fraction of yours but still and increase to my normal. Perhaps more ad spend for those few days? Or a glitch (more likely)

This is very interesting. … this has happenned before where it was the case for many sellers … I wonder what would cause that?

yes, could be more advertising that week.
No spike for me during that time, but I did have a slight spike on March 11. I went from my usual 1 or 2 daily link overs to 15 link overs on March 11th, then right back down to the usual. Must sound like nothing compared to you, @CreativeLeahG , but I’ll get there!

Since mid April I’ve noticed that my linkovers have dropped to about half of what they used to be on most days.
