I received notification today that 16 hours ago I made a sale but in the history sale and royalty dont show today. Did this happen to you? And what happened?

I received a notification of new sale around an hour ago and that sale is still missing in royalty history. We are in the same boat twin

This has been reported on the technical forum feed. It’s happening to everyone since 3/27.

I was wondering if it was only me. All my sales from the last 2 days do not appear in the sales history; I can only see them in notifications and in the earnings summary total.

This happens fairly often since I’ve been here. From time to time, for reasons I don’t know, the history doesn’t update. I haven’t even received any sales notifications since the 27th, so even if the history isn’t updating, I assume I haven’t had any sales… it is what it is.

Thank you very much everybody for your replies. Very strange, does sound like some kind of a glitch. I hope Zazzle will fix it.
I just also noticed that in Earnings Summary pending amount is not correct but much lesser. And total payed is an odd number.

I notice this before, it appeared in history much later
today again nothing in Earning history , but I can locate the sale in royalty by product and also see there was sale under the product in Quick stats - last sold, I hope Zazzle will fix it

I had one yesterday. That was the first time I’ve ever noticed it. Nothing showing yet.

Don’t worry, in all my 14+ years here, that has never happened … just be patient and it will get fixed.

@Adri Thank you I just found the sale in royalty by product after you mentioned it, that sure puts my mind at ease hoping it will appear in the history soon.
This is happening to me as well. Its happened a couple of times before; it usually gets fixed within a few days or a week. Hang tight! It will all work out.

This is happening to me as well. I first noticed a sale in Google Analytics. Usually, the sale shows up a couple of minutes later in the My account somewhere. Today, I saw it show up in Google Analytics, and I checked my account a few minutes later, and nothing showed up in my account settings. About an hour later, I got a notification that I got the sale, but all afternoon and evening, it hasn’t changed my account at all. At the end of Feb. 2026, I noticed 3 sales in Google Analytics, and none of them showed up in my Zazzle account or notifications. This seems to be an ongoing issue. I posted about it in Feb and got no response.

It is happening to me right now. My sales history is showing no new sales since March 27th. After years of having daily sales…suddenly I haven’t had any sales in 3 days. Something isn’t right.
