My Zazzle check cleared on August 7th, which means that I should have received it within 7 days. It’s now been 14 days, and I still have not received my check. Zee was useless, and leaving a message to reach a human through Zee was also useless. Please help me @James_H

My check also cleared on 8/7. Guessing they mailed them out on Monday, 8/17 (after holding them up till 8/15). As of today, I still haven’t received my check either, so probably will be here tomorrow, maybe…

My check arrived this morning in NJ. Hopefully you should get yours today too. Crazy yes, how it takes so long to arrive each time by mail - and how they hold onto it for awhile before mailing.
Would prefer direct deposit!

I finally received my check today, too. It was 15 days late. That’s inexcusable. And what’s even more inexcusable is that I received no responses from either moderator that I flagged on this forum for help, no response to the messages I left for Zazzle customer service, and Zee was useless.

Hello, checks are sent on the 15th of each month. Though it may have cleared on the 7th, it is not sent until the 15th. Thanks!
