Did'nt get any updates about my W8 BEN FORM submission

I am writing to inquire about the status of the tax form I submitted in August, Since it has been over a week since submission, I would love to know the current status of my form as this is the fourth attempt mine and therefore I cannot receive any of my payments. . Please if any moderators here can help me solve my problem. I will do so and would greatly appreciate an update on my resubmission status

Hi Fiona, could I please request the same? My first W8 BEN submission was in February and I’ve been waiting 5-8 weeks for a reply each time I re-submit my form after receiving feedback from the Zazzle team that I need to adjust something. Many thanks :slightly_smiling_face:
