Did'nt get any updates about my W8 BEN FORM submission

I am writing to inquire about the status of my tax form, which I submitted on May,As it has been more than 5 weeks now since the submission, I am keen to know the current status of my form as it was my forth attempt and because of that i am unable to get any of my payment.I have emailed support tean 2 weeks back but unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance regarding my issue.Please if any moderator here could help me with my issue.I would greatly appreciate an update on the status of my resubmission

Hello @Fiona  ,i am writing this to inform you that i still did’nt get any email from the zazzle team regarding my  my W8-ben form resubmission.Why there is so much delay.
