Hidden products and products needing optimization have disappeared from the back end of at least one of my stores (most of my stores are still fine). Nothing I’ve tried–including clicking on the “you have products that need optimization” has allowed me to see them.

I’m very sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue here. I have reviewed the store in question and I can view your hidden product with no issues. Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? Is this issue occurring on a particular browser, device and OS?

By listing my products according Last Viewed, then going to the end, I’ve found 12 products that have the hidden symbol. I clicked to show only hidden products, but none are listed. I nevertheless proceeded to renew each of the twelve but without results. There’s another thread concerning Notification problems, and it appears to have to do with indexing, but I’m wondering if they’re aware that it might run deeper. I think this is the delay of various “Sort Links” indexing at different times ???

Not sure if this is the same issue … I am finding products that have the “hidden” icon that do not show up when I sort by hidden.
This is one. I haven’t changed it to public yet.
When I sign out it is gone, so I assume the hidden function part works, but the sorting by hidden in the backend isn’t complete. Some hidden products are in the backend sort.
Having the same issue just now, when I hid some products “temporarilly.” 😫
