Where do the designs disappear? I made Christmas magnets and they are nowhere to be found in my store. I found this out today when I was reviewing the made products I’m preparing for the holidays. I went through everything and if I did them two days ago they are nowhere to be found in my store. Then I did another magnet again and it’s not in the store either, but that’s why there’s a link that I don’t know where? is located, because I don’t even see it on the marketplace. How can I complete the collection when the products are not shown to me,… Has this happened to anyone else? 🤔
Products need to be indexed before they’re visible in the marketplace, or in the public view of your store, or in collections. You created this product today, so I’d give it another day or two.
So it’s not just me, I had 2,171 items, and I’m missing one now, bringing my total to 2,170. It’s silly to worry about one product, but it’s still frustrating when this happens.
@Scott Two days ago I made magnets and they are not displayed in my store, nor is the one I made today. Maybe for the marketplace it takes two days for the created products to appear, but in the store they should be visible immediately, but they are not there as if I didn’t make them. I think it’s some technical error, so if you can fix it so that they are visible if they were made in the creator store, because they are not visible to me as a creator. Can you correct that? Thank you.
All of my buttons and magnets are missing from the back end of my store in product listings. And nothing is showing up in the back end for the categories I set up for ‘buttons’ and ‘magnets’. But, they are showing up in my collections in the back end??? And to make things stranger, buttons and magnets appear in my products, categories and collection in the public storefront! So, they are there, I just can’t see them in the back end unless I go into my collections. ???
Can someone from technical support fix it for me so that the new designed magnets can be seen in my store? It’s been a week already, and they don’t show that they were made in the store. Thank you. 🤔

PPower, I am with you. All of my buttons and magnets from years back, to current, are missing. Yet, not very amusing, the 'needs optimization bell" shows me some to fix. But, can’t fix them, bks I can’t see them, they aren’t there.
Thank goodness, it’s not just me! All of my buttons and magnets are missing. I thought I had deleted them in my sleep. Then yesterday, a couple showed up in a collection, but not in my products. I’d put in a ticket, but I’m glad to know I’m not the only one.
