There are several things customers can do that will change the amount you get paid. Most common is that if they recently clicked on somebody else’s referral link to get to Zazzle, part of your royalty will be deducted to hep pay the referrer. Or they might have edited your product in the design tool and added a background made by somebody else, so then that person gets paid a percentage for their design. Or they might have added extra options like envelopes or something. I don’t remember exactly how our royalties are affected by customer options, but they do seem to not match most people’s set royalties.
