Once a cover photo has been successfully uploaded, does it become the default image, or do I still have to go into the backend, select the cover photo, and save my choice?

According to the .doc linked in this post, https://community.zazzle.com/t5/creator-news/cover-photo-for-all/ba-p/27063, the new cover photo will become the default, though it may take up to 24hrs. (Slide 9).

I’ve been going into Edit Details to change to my own cover photo. It’s good to know I don’t have to do this.
