Download artwork or product mockup stopped working

So I am going to more options on the product page, dropdown to download artwork or product mockup and nothing happens. Tried in Chrome and Brave.

Same, there is a brief purple circle and then nothing.

Now it’s back. Temporary glitch I guess.

This morning on Chrome version 111.0.5563.110, and a Mac Ventura version 13.2.1, it’s doing nothing at all.  Not even the purple circle spinning.

I was coming to report this.  Absolutely no response.  I’m on a Mac using Safari.

I’m experiencing this now as well. Must be intermittent. I have been able to work the past few hours.

It appears to be back and functioning. This morning I was getting nothing, but for the past hour or so, I’ve been able to download mockups just fine.

Same here.  I’m unable to download product mockups.

If I remove a cover photo and try to add a new cover photo, it will not let download the artwork or mockup.

I use Chrome/Windows 11. I am unable to download product mockups or download artwork for making cover photos.

Still not working here either. Mac/Chrome, Firefox, Safari

It is working for me now. I can download the artwork and the product mockup.

These are all working now for me. I was able to add cover photos. Thanks!

As of this morning, Monday 3/27 I am able to download mockups and artwork. It is working as normal now for me. Thank you!

I’m currently having the same difficulty but it was working fine all day until the last few minutes.  I cleared cookies and cache but still not go so far. Neither the artowrk or mockup image is downloading
