Download Mockups not available for Paper Cups

There’s no mockups available to download for this paper cup for some reason only download artwork.

I have another paper cup that has mockups available so not sure what’s happened to this one.

Do I need to republish it? Or can you give it a kick?

Engineering is aware. Not real sure what’s causing the issue at this time. We hope to have this fixed soon.

I have this problem also, with one of my cups, all the others work fine: PID# 256629310344155633
