Download my own artwork

I’m trying to download my own artwork, it seems Zazzle has changed since I last did this. As I remember, I used to click on “More Options” and there was a choice to download my image, it was so easy. That option is gone. Now there’s a “Media Manager” but when I click “Download your artwork or product photos”, nothing happens.

Any help is appreciated!

@LeighClark  it should now be under “Downloads” … which, I see, is malfunctioning at the moment. :disappointed_face:

as a temporary workaround, I suppose you could pop up the individual product page, and, use @HightonRidley  's 2ViewzGen bookmarklet (see this thread for instructions if you’re not already sharing product links on social media this way) to generate the image. you’d have to go through another step (of cropping out the second (unwanted) photo), but at least you’d be able to download your artwork.

This is a technical issue right now. It hasn’t worked for four days 😩

ARgh. I was going to try and make some headway making some cover photos, but I need this to work to simplify my workflow. Hope it gets fixed soon!

Sorry to hear about this issue. I have not been able to recreate it today. It may have passed by now.

Mark, I just attempted to download mockups to create cover photos for some of my newer products. Some will download and some will not. A retractable banner, sticker, cocktail napkin, and pillar candle downloaded as normal.  A flat thank you card, enclosure card and gift tag did not download. So it appears some products will download and some will not. I am not able to download tote bag and pillow mockups but can download other products so it seems to be related to the product.  Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
