Is the download of product photos impaired? It doesn’t work for me since yesterday

There isn’t much to show. The download bar goes to the end, but the file isn’t downloaded. I tried two different WLAN connections, yesterday and today, but it didn’t work. I thought maybe somebody else also does have that problem. If not, i’ll try tomorrow again.
Hi Bailamor_Design, Can you be more specific on which product it is? There’s a ton of products here, and I would like to try duplicating that to see to help you out.
Could it be your clearing your cache/cookies?
Oh, yes, i tried a different browser and it worked (slowly, but that is due to bad internet connection right now). So, if it worked with the other Browser, it may have sth to do with cache, i guess (i am not a expert in this

mine works, just the white background point is not ok. If I download something on white it will be at one image white, if selected, next one transparent.
