This may have been asked somewhere else, but I haven’t been able to find it if it was… I have downloaded a cover photo for my collection, however, when I go to upload it (I hope I’m using the correct terminology here) Zazzle flashes something on the screen that says it cannot be uploaded. I have tried downloading it to my computer, taking a screenshot of it and saving it, but each time I try to upload the image through Media Manager, it starts to load then stops. A message flashes on the screen:
