When I download an invitation in vertical size it now has a white background, meaning I still have to make a cut-out.
Before it was just nice and transparent and I could immediate use the image.

I’m getting an email to ask if this is solved. A bit overly optimistic. No, it’s not.
Edit: I just made another invitation, but actually was able to download the artwork, without whites.

Could it be that this issue is related to a product being available for download or not? (the previously provided link is still creating an image on a white background)
The issue should be resolved when we update our website tomorrow afternoon/evening. Doesn’t have anything to do any product settings.
Hi Scott! Is that true that transparent background won’t be available for rubber stamps? That was the info I got from the Zazzle help center and it’s s real bummer to me… Cheers
