I would like to download templates for use in Photoshop to create products such as phone cases. I thought there was a way to do this, but I can’t see that option or remember how to do it. Is this still possible?

I’m not aware of any provided templates, but I use Illustrator and not Photoshop for stuff, so I might have just not noticed them. You could take a screenshot of the design tool with the guidelines on for each item you want a template for, then put that image into a separate layer in your document. Just turn it off before you export your image.

It seems many of the files offer no templates now, but this was the link I used to go to, so thanks for this.
When they decided to stop offering templates, I started making my own using screenshots of the design canvases, bringing them into Photoshop, and resizing them to match the dimensions of the product. It worked fabulously, but then I stopped using them after realizing I should just make my images much larger and, when necessary, making them portrait or landscape. Maybe this would work well for you, too.

Visiting the link after not having done so for a number of years, I saw it was even more sparse than it was. There used to be templates for so many of the products. Now it’s mostly those for the create-and-download tool. That’s why I suggested an alternative method.

When you are in the design tool for a particular product, go to Help (bottom of left sidebar) and click on that. In some cases there will be a downloadable PDF template.

Just so everyone is clear as to what they are seeing when they visit the guidefiles link I posted,earlier…
there are 41 pages of guidefiles in that link, for just about anything you want to create. Some files from years ago say no product guidefile listed, but for the most part, it should meet the needs of anyone looking to create a product from a guide file. You just have to look further than the first page.

For things with no guide files and weird design areas, @Barbara 's screenshot method works really well because it doesn’t matter how big you blow it up, it’s the proportion that counts.
And if you’re using Photoshop, you should definitely install the Design to Print add-on

I’ve tried to install that app but it’s not working
I downloaded the PDF template but it is not in layers so I can’t delete the guidelines before uploading for print.
