I’ve been noticing something strange in my wedding cross sell collections - there are duplicate sections for both RSVP cards and wine bottle labels. At first I thought it was just an issue in the collection pod:
It may be a borked collection which may need to be redone or trying changing everything to recommended and wait for the indexing to catch up (as we all know - nothing is immediate)
@Sara_H Hmmm… well, I think they’re all set to recommended - I mean in collection management they’re showing in groups. What’s weird though, is that when I click on the sorting icon under collection management, it doesn’t show the recommended thing checked - it doesn’t show it at all.
I may try re-building one of the collections that I didn’t link to here to see if it fixes it - I want to leave these ones alone so tech can look at them. But if I have to re-make them all it’s gonna take a lifetime because it’s literally hundreds of them that are impacted. Gah!
Yeah, it’s set to recommended in the marketplace channel. I’m sorta thinking there’s a bug of some sort, because the duplicate sections aren’t just in the collections pod - the duplicates also appear in the back end collection management area. Maybe the thing I did by setting them to “other” then back to “cross sell” to get rid of the yellow exclamation points didn’t fully work? Who knows…
