Zazzle, please consider providing the DATE of cancellation for cancelled orders in the Earnings History. This would be very helpful in assessing our earnings, and give us some idea of why customers are cancelling- whether immediately (if they re-order right away, no problem, but if they cancel and don’t reorder, it probably means they saw something they liked better), or after they received the order (could be a quality issue, or maybe a design issue. No way for US to know, but at least we can double-check the design).
Here’s an example of the way Spoonflower lists things, with the original order date in parenthesis:
I agree. I would also like to know the date of cancellation. It would be great if the designer were also given some sort of information as to why the order was cancelled. Would that be possible too?
I agree with adding cancellation date suggestion, but I want to add something: IF it is reflected in royalty_history.csv, PLEASE announce the changes beforehand because I use exported royalty history to track my earnings and the script I use is tied up to the existing spreadsheet structure, so I’ll need some time to rewrite the script if the structure changes. Thank you!
Yep, another good change that we’ve been asking for. It definitely helps, especially when we have a cancellation that goes back months or even over a year.
