Earnings notification not showing up in earnings history

Hi. I received a notification last night regarding a sale for a downloadable item — but it hadn’t shown up in my earnings history so I thought maybe it was just taking some time or it was cancelled. Woke up this morning and the same is still not reflecting in my earnings history — but I  received an email letting me know about the sale and what the royalty was. Thank you tech team for your help!

Hi, I have the same issue. I can see new sales in the App, but not in my Earnings Hostory.

Hi - same here - had overnight sale - showing in Earnings History but not showing up in Royalty Reports -> Royalty History.

If you search by date under Royalty by Product - they appear there but there not showing up where they should under Royalty History.

Same thing, since last night. My last sale of the evening didn’t record in “royalty history”, but showed up in “history”. This morning, counter/total of “summary” is correct, as is “history”, & “royalty by product” if you drill down to today’s date. But “royalty history” is still not working. (So far 4 sales are missing.) Please fix. I depend on this additional detailed info.

I have two sales showing as “pending” from April in my Earnings History that are not showing up in my Earnings Summary.

The overall feed on the app is updating, but the royalty feed has not updated since the evening of 6/1.

I have received a few notifications of sales since last night, but they don’t show up under royalty history

And cancellations aren’t turning pink in “royalty history”. Very hard to keep track of earnings today.

Earnings history is updating, royalty history is not.

I have the same issue. Notification bell says I have new sales, but the sales are not showing up in my Royalty History.

Same here.

I can see sales in the earnings history and earnings summery seems to update accordingly as well, but nothing is showing up in the royalty history since last night.

Sales from yesterday(6/1) are not showing up, but had 1 today that is showing up.  It’s like it just skipped yesterday.

Same here.  Earnings notification says 3 sales today, but they’re not showing up in royalty history.  I’m taking a screen shot just in case I need it.

Sorry, I was mistaken because there were 2 sales of the same item.  I am missing a sale from yesterday 6/1 but the other one is showing up.

same here … all 6 sales I’ve made today aren’t showing in Royalty History.

this is highly unusual. problems with this report are usually resolved in a few hours!

I have the same issue. Nothing shows up for the sales of 6/2 under Royalty History.  It’s also missing 2 sales after 7:54pm Thursday, 6/1.
