I posted a product but found a mistake in it after it was posted. Is there a way to correct it without deleting the original design? I go to the tab to manage my design, and edit the design, but how do I make the changes stay on that original design? I don’t want to have to create a second one then delete the first. Is that the only way to do it? Thanks!
If it’s a product I just made that I have found a mistake in, I correct the mistake and then go back and then immediately delete the previous design. If it is a product that was made a while ago, I just noticed the Zazzle will give me the option to “Replace the product” They state “Depending on the popularity of your product, it can take up to 5 days for approval. If your original design has low activity and was recently created, approvals can be as quick as 30 mins.” This is the first time that I have seen this option. I love it!
Interesting. I wonder if that is a beta text. I just checked some of my older greeting cards to see if that was an option on any of mine but I don’t see it yet.
It’s possible. Today is the first day I noticed it.
Wow! I used to have that option, but it went away at the end of last year. I’m really hoping this means that they’re taking another whack at it, and hopefully it will be more widely available soon! It was SUPER helpful for correcting small errors.
I would definitely love it in order to remove some of my older attributions that now look odd (at least to me) with the new Zazzle attribution on greeting cards and postcards.
Unless it’s somewhere that I’m not expecting it to be, I think this may be another beta test… I don’t see it yet. But I’ll be happy if it becomes standard!
Oh, I would love to have that possibility, too!
I can’t find her, … Can you refer me? Thanks in advance. ![]()
I can’t this functionality on my products (new and old one’s) ![]()
Where is it ? In the backend store page or in the product page ?
I would also be able to use this as I have many designs that need attention due to the attributions still. I was not able to get to them all with the time allotted last time around and still have some greeting cards that were affected by the change in the back causing larger than life text and images and such.
