I forgot to make that change when I was posting them. And now the 11 are just rectangles on the Collection page. I contacted Help and they said to give it a couple of days. That was two weeks ago. Is anyone else having this problem? I really don’t want to have to go back and recreate these.
What I ended up doing was unchecking them from the product page (add to collection). Then going to Products and using the action selection to Add to Collection. The were oriented correctly on both the Products page and the individual product page. It was only in the collection that the wrong mock-up was showing. Thanks to every one.
Hi Scott, has this issue been fixed yet? I tried the suggestions here to remove and then re-add the product in the correct orientation, even though when I originally posted it, I had it set in the correct orientation. Thanks.
I wish this would get fixed. I have two Leggings that look identical from the front so I changed it sideways so you could see the stripe. Unfortunately, they still show as the front view in my collection for more than a day so this could potentially make my collection look bad and potentially cost me a sale if they liked the version with the stripe.
