I’m trying to change percentages on ornaments and the new percentage is not sticking. Could be happening with other products, I’m not sure how far back this issue has been happening.

I’ve been having trouble too trying to change royalties. It could be because they’ve paused changes which mean no changes can happen - which is a pain

which means January 20th is when they’ll update - but if we can’t change them before that date then it’ll be February 20th when any changes will update.
Hopefully this will be addressed when the forums are opened up officially Monday, January 6th, 2025
Thanks, but that shouldn’t matter, they just sit pending till the next update day. We were having issues for a few months leading up to the holiday freeze as well. Not to mention having a system that takes days/weeks to make proper changes instead of giving us a system that would take minutes instead.

I’ve frustratingly tried several times to update my royalty on different products, some stick and some don’t. Oddly, it seems the recent sellers are not updating.

if your trying to change the percentages within the 24 hours it should change but the key word (should) but it don’t because it is broken and has been for a month or so I ask to fix it a long time ago and never was fixed .
Is this being looked into? It appears bulk royalty changes are not updating sold products. I’ve managed to change a few of them manually (to test that part of it).
@Scott is the tech team aware of this issue? Mugs seem to change, but my ornaments aren’t.
Sold mugs are not changing for me (same for other products).
My sold mugs are changing, but I have to change at least 2 at a time for the new percentage to stick. Changing any product one at a time doesn’t work.
