I’ve been trying to delete a store since the option became available and it keeps giving the error asking to manage the products ! the store is empty and I already deleted everything but one category, which also is empty and yet refusing to get deleted with same error message to manage the products.

@Roberta , I have brought this issue up months ago, I have 15 empty shops which won’t delete. We were told back then that z was looking into it. Would really appreciate being able to finally delete them. Thanks for your help.

I reported this months ago too. I was told they are looking into it, but never received an answer. I still can not delete 3 of my shops.

Many thanks for reaching out in relation to this. If you have a Store that is empty but cannot be deleted, please respond with the names of Stores you wish to delete and I can pass them along to our Team. If you would prefer to send store names privately, please send an email to support@zazzle.com

https://www.zazzle.com/store/militarytees
The https://www.zazzle.com/store/militarytees shop has 10 products that have been Under Review since 2015 & 2018 and have never been approved. I have no way to delete them. These products make it look like I have products in that shop, when the shop is empty.

I see that 2 of the shops are finally deleted. The shop https://www.zazzle.com/store/buyshoes did not get deleted. I will wait a few more days and if it is still not deleted, I will contact support again. Thank you again for all your help.

as of 20 January 2023 it is still impossible to delete old empty stores, which is seriously frustrating!
