Hi! I just went to double check the royalty rate on one of my enabled designs and all the instant download controls seem to be gone. I can still filter and see that I have some enabled, but when I go to the pull down menu for an eligible design, there’s no “Enable Instant Downloads” and when I click “edit details” the check box and royalty box aren’t there either.
On the design that I just listed this morning, I was able to select enable instant download when creating it, but now in my backend product page, that design is showing as “eligible” but not “enabled.”
Is anyone else seeing (er, not seeing?) this?

Seeing the same thing. Well, mine still all say they’re enabled, but when you browse them there are no download options even though I can see the green “downloadable” badge. And when you edit details there is no download royalty section.
Yeah, that’s what I’m seeing too. The little green “downloadable” is on there but there are no tools or access.
I’m not part of the beta group who can shop the downloads so I don’t know what it could be doing customer facing.
Update: it appears to be back.
I think I have a magical touch that if I come here to ask about it, it starts working again. 
Now how about that product grouping…

Yup, it seems to have righted itself. And in terms of that magical touch… I think you should start complaining about world peace or something! I mean, go big or go home, right? 😅

Ha! One step at a time. We’ll see if I can make grouping happen again by mere mention and then that will really prove my power and I’ll aim higher
