Enclosure card royalties

This might happen on other products but I have most recently noticed this on enclosure cards. When changing the royalties why is it that from 12.8% up to 25% the customer price stays the same, but the royalty amount paid goes up, but also there is no transaction fee above the 14.9%

Im probably missing something so sorry if its obvious.  I have attached 2 screenshots to show what I’m seeing.

I can’t seem to replicate this issue on an enclosure card. May I please ask you to link the product you used to see if we can replicate? Thanks!

Was there anything further on this. It is still happening my end, so not sure if its a browser thing or if setting the royalty too high will be a bad thing.
