Error loading chat message from Zazzle email notification

When I received my “You have a message on Zazzle” notification email and clicked on the View Message button,
instead of Chat pulling up to display a message, I was redirected to a page that said “400 Bad Request. Request Header or Cookie Too Large | nginx”

The message was not particularly long (5 lines of text, of which the product URL was 2 of those lines).

This is the first time I’ve seen this message before (but I also don’t get many chat requests).

Clearing your cache & cookies should resolve this.
