Etched Glasses Cover Photos in the Marketplace

I just logged out of Zazzle and tried to search etched glasses on the marketplace like an anonymous customer would do.
I don’t understand why none of our products cover photos are displayed anymore here ? ( first page of results below, the following ones have all the same problem.)

What is the search query that you entered? Can you share the URL from this page?

I just searched for “etched glasses” and I see plenty of cover photos - https://www.zazzle.com/s/etched+glasses?q=etched%20glasses

I was in private browsing mode, do you think it can have an impact ?

I confirm after testing both that I only have this problem in private browsing mode on safari iPadOS version 17.7.10
