I made my zazzle store a while ago, made some designs, and fell off. I came back the other day, deleted all old designs and started over. The UI was different, which is annoying but fine. I make some paper plates, and then start making some paper cups. Stopped to sleep and then go through my day, only to come back today and find its all gone. The plates and cups i made are there, but when i click to make a product, all my options are gone. They look like theyre there. I click party and craft category, go to cups, and theres no normal paper cups, only baby shower cups. And further, when i do click baby shower cups, i get taken to a product not found! Same with plates, and wrapping paper, and ribbons, and party hats! Nothing works! What do i even do! What is happening! Is it a site issue? Is it a me issue? I dont understand what happened and i need help ASAP please! If anyone knows whats happening im desperate to figure it out! Support vant be contacted right now since theyre closed so i dont even know what to do!
It seems to be a site issue. A number of other people have reported the same problem today. Hang tight and try again tomorrow. 😋

Me too! My main store has become unpinned. I am sure I did not do that. So when I went to look for it under my account name it was gone. I did find it, But I can’t repin it. Funny all the other stores that I never use are still pinned.
