When I try to post from item to facebook no images or information is showing up to share. I can share from a separate app but not the button on the Zazzle page. Do not ask for link to item not working. None of them are working in any of my shops.
Yesterday it started so I cleared cache. Today after updating browsers and Windows it is still happening.
When I click on image to post a box comes up asking to see all - I have been hitting no thanks but tried ok and it still does not work. Seems like the addition of this strange box is the problem. What is it even for?

Same issue with the images not loading in the post. I have had to upload or screenshot images.
Everyone in the same boat, links wont show pictures, we have to manually upload pictures if we want any attention to our shared links on FB
Same here; from a couple of days and still not working to today.
It is 1:28 AM here and it is still not working. When I click on the link it brings up a box to enter information but nothing is filled in. It also has my personal page on FB come up but you can not list to a group. Well, you can’t post anything the way it comes up. Bummer, I guess it is going to be like this all weekend and we will be lucky to get help before middle of week. X works, unfortunately I no longer use it. Have a nice weekend anyone reading this. I do hope the tech support is reading it.
What I could find out is that it is on Facebooks end. I noticed a different F logo on the site the past week or so. When I tried to post using ShareThis the same thing is happening. I hope Zazzle tech is working over the weekend.
I think you must be using the Zazzle link provided for Facebook. I do not use that, I just copy the link and paste that into the Facebook post. The way I do it is not working either. Sounds like both methods are broken.
It is on Facebook’s end so don’t see how Zazzle techs could do anything about it. I tried sharing from a couple of different websites and regardless of whether the image appeared in the initial share pop-up or not (sometimes it did, sometimes it didn’t), once clicking the Share button in the share pop-up, the results were always the same:

When I manually post the link to Facebook the image does not generate. When I use the buttons from Z to share to Facebook the image does not generate.

I’ve found that it works if you just use the url without the associate id etc. Not Ideal, I know…
I think it’s to do with the associate id. I tried making a post directly on facebook. When I removed my id, the image showed up.
Interesting. I find the same. Removal of associate ID allows my posts to show properly.
I’m having the same problem too. If we post a link without our associate number won’t that mean we wont get our referral fee?
