I have a question about the Featured Products section in my shop and would like to know if this is just me or a general bug.
In my store I can still add products to “Featured Products”, but I
can’t remove them anymore
. The section exists, the items show up there, but once something is added it seems to be stuck. I don’t see any way to take products out of that area again, either from the product view or from the category/section settings. The URL of the affected Featured Products section is: here
Are any of you experiencing the same thing? Can you still add and remove your featured products as normal, or is removal blocked for you as well? If anyone has a workaround or any official information from Zazzle about this, I’d really appreciate it.
Just to clarify: I’m not trying to delete the products themselves, I only want to remove them from the Featured Products section. Deleting the whole product would be a worst case workaround, not a real solution.
