Hi @James ! Can you tell us the dimensions of the pennant banner? The other two offer different sizes so they’re listed in the menu, but with the banner, I’m not seeing how big it is (sorry if I missed it!). Thanks!

The pennant banner needs another view with the arrow part pointing down please.

zazzle mods, a suggestion,might want to add a trademark usage warning to the pennant description.
Let the customer, and also shops, know that most professional team logos, colors etc. are not allowed ,define clearly what is and isn’t permitted.

NVM - this appears to be a global problem at the moment, not one with just this product…
Design transfer doesn’t appear to be working for this product. I tried a transfer from a several items to a pennant and it came up blank.
Expected behavior?
Any chance that there could be a version (of the triangular pennants) that face left rather than right? (or perhaps double sided?) There would be extra design opportunities if we could design for both orientations.

Have you ever seen those award pennant banners in stores that recognize that location for sales or something and the ones that honor the employee of the month? Just an idea for uses other than sports pennants. There’s also family crests.
There is no size for that shape. It should be added to the description on the product page or the customer has no clue

Great addition and really fun to design and create new ones!
BTW. I’ve submitted several designs on Saturday (11-03) but they haven’t appeared yet on the site and I’ve received no email. Is there a manual verification process for the new category which is the reason it takes longer? Usually new designs are available within a few hours.

I have a whole collection of pennants I created 5 days ago but cannot see them appearing in the Zazzle Pennant Category.
I can see new pennants are added every day and was wondering if there’s some kind of backlog that needs to be processed. Since I can imagine a new category quickly gets overwhelmed with new designs.
Also haven’t received the usual email stating the new items are posted online for sale.
Could someone look into this?

I can’t seem to get the pennant with the point facing downwards, I choose it from the templates but when I go to ‘customize this design’ it reverts to the pennant with the point facing right. Has this been a problem for anyone else or just me?

Hi JansCabin,
In the designer goto “Layers” then click on “Design Placement” and on the right click on “Front(Vertical)”. That rotates the pennant flag downwards.

This applies to every product that hasn’t a separate orientation (hor/vert) option on the product page. Note also that you often can set the orientation on different design areas (e.g. front/back) separately (e.g. postcards). In all other cases, you can rotate your design by 90 degrees (e.g. on throw blankets), not optimal and doesn’t rotate the preview but works.
