Hello Everyone, I am just getting started again after taking several years away from Zazzle. I just made my 1st sale…Yay! However, I have questions… Can you look at the statement and explain to me the bits highlighted in yellow? What is the $7.50 and 5%? Just trying to understand. Thanks.

If the royalty you’re paid is less than the amount set it’s usually because Zazzle has a sale on that item, but they show the full price presale.
As Cat said the 5% is for extra items the customer bought or added to that order (possibly envelopes)
