I tried twice to publish a flat card. It goes through but when I click on it, it says the product is no longer available. I noticed both times when I was publishing it, it had Hidden marked under Product Visibility (normally it’s on Public). I marked Public both times before posting it. Can you please look into this. Thank you
Did you succeed in publishing these products? If so, can you link me to them?
If you did not succeed in publishing the product can you link me to the Saved Design?
You can send the product links to me via Zazzle Chat if you’d like.
I had deleted both but just now created another with the same problem. Here is my product page in store management showing it did publish:
I had no problems publishing other products with same design / info.
Here’s the link to the product page

I’m deleting this product because I don’t want it showing up in my store with an error. Anyway, this is what I see when you click on it:
I also tried to publish a flat card yesterday and received the same error as shown in your screen shot.
I chose the “create new product” button on my store’s product tab. Then I drilled down to Invitations & Stationery–>Greeting Cards–>Holiday & Seasonal Cards—>Halloween Cards and chose the 5x7 flat card.
I too found it strange that it was originally set to hidden when I went to publish, changed it to public and published it. Then I tried to view it, that is when I received the same error message. I then set it to Direct Only until I could figure out what went wrong.
This morning the card is designated as a Discontinued Product Option. Here is the PID 256968363735505804
I’ve been having these issues, too. Twice on a 50th birthday invite and also while trying to publish a photo Christmas flat card. Each product was a 5x7. I thought my keywords had somehow hit a trademark issue and Zazzle had been like…nope.
I deleted all 3 products but did see the discontinued product option mark on one before I deleted it.
I had this issue happen, again, with a new holiday card.

(update: I used “transfer product” in the drop down menu for this product in the backend and added it to a new holiday card blank. That new version fully published.)
@Scott Any idea why this is happening?
We know why this is happening, and hope to have a fix soon.
Until this is fixed you can publish Flat cards using this link https://www.zazzle.com/pd/spp/pt-zazzle_flatcard
Apparently this is still not fixed:

I just created this new product from a blank template and am getting the same error as shown above.
I spent hours getting the texts and font right, so I hope you can fix this.
Thanks!
If it’s a flat card, we were given a link to one that will publish until the problem is fixed (it worked for me a little while back) https://www.zazzle.com/pd/spp/pt-zazzle_flatcard.
What’s the difference between a 5x7 flat card and a 5x7 invitation?
I only discovered this problem now, so I did not see that until too late.
Thank you, Scott. Are the products that were not being published going to be restored or is it a case of too bad, wasted time and energy … ?
OK, so now I get a “discontinued product option” on the card that went down yesterday.
I guess I need again do all the research and work to re-create this specific one as there is no reply as to whether it will be available for recovery. Sweet.
I hope the template is removed so that nobody will have to go through this again.
Thanks.
This is still not working and “tis the season” to start posting Christmas cards. If I use the template above, then I have to use precious title space to add CHRISTMAS CARD or HOLIDAY CARD at the end of the title? Because it doesn’t autofill this way. Is this going to be fixed soon? Or is there a template link that will autopopulate holiday card into the title?
grr this just happened to me too, the reason not immediately clear, till I saw the discontinied notice today. just posted to a flat invitation (It’s not an invitation!! ) and it did allow me to select the correct product description. sure is not fixed..we should not be able to create something that is discontinued(or at least says it is once published) NOT a happy camper this close to Christmas.!!!
