Foil cards can't be made for sale

Has anyone else got this issue? I create a custom foil card and when clicking done instead of the usual two blue  button stating ‘edit’ and ‘sell’ it just comes up with ‘edit’ and sometimes even ‘personalize’ so showing two 'personalize ’ buttons. I don’t have that issue with other cards

I have reached out to zazzle but not heard back.

Make sure you’re checking the envelope option.
