Seems like cover photos for the new foil cards are not displaying correctly. Thumbnails are defaulting to the video/gif images. When you click on it the cover photo is displaying correctly it’s just the thumbnail elsewhere.

Glad I found this post, I just had the same problem. Sad to see it has been going on for awhile. I will remove the cover photo.

Same issue here is making collections look bad I do hope it get fixed soon. Is there a view that doesn’t default to this?

Edit this just noticed many of my older products and newly posted also have a different view to what I set them to?My collections look a right mess! I hope this is to do with the engineering and it will all get sorted soon?

I know this was a problem earlier in the summer but it seems to be happening again. Some, but not all, of the foil invitations are defaulting to the video instead of the chosen view in collections. So what the customer sees is a nonsensical bunch of frames.

As far as I can tell it’s just thumbnails in collections that are impacted. They all seem to display correctly in the marketplace and on the product page.
