I’ve been trying for 12 hours on and off to create and order Christmas cards and associated products (like stickers)—no matter what I try, the font will not change from the default. Ive tried different products (thinking the glitch is just with one product), Ive tried saving, signing out, and signing back in, nothing is helping. This is particularly frustrating given that customers are currently shopping for Christmas cards. Please help.
It’s working for me. As always, I just double click on the name of the font I want and it changes with no issue.

Now I am having the trouble you describe. Font will not change on a mug I am designing for Christmas.
Try adding your desired fonts to the “favorites” list and selecting from there. worked for me eventually.
