So, I went to share a foreign, non-USA collection, and it opens up in the foreign country. When I go to the flag up at the top to change it to the USA, it closes the collection and goes to the Zazzle.com front page.
This is unsettling. For one, are customers getting lost and leaving because they may change language from the collection pages? Because I was on a collection shared in the forums, and changed the flag, I’m expecting it to be just a translation difference. That’s what Google does, so I guess I’m not coping with this behavior well. But it doesn’t seem right. What if this collection is shared socially, and now everyone is lost? It equals no sales, and that is truly unfortunate for everyone. Can this be fixed?
This is what I use: Google Chrome and Mac (both latest versions).

Yeah, the flag buttons in the top right corner and the ones down in the footer don’t behave the same way at all.
If you switch the country/language using the footer, it usually works fine and keeps you where you are. But if you do it from the top header, it just kicks you straight back to the Zazzle homepage for that language and completely loses the page or product you were just looking at.
Hard to describe, To go from zazzle.com to german - works. To change back, does not work. To change from zazzle.com to another language right corner: works not on every product. Footer, yes, but sometimes this product is not available.
I just tried to switch it at the footer instead of at the top, from German to American, and it didn’t work for me. Maybe because I’m from here in the USA? Idk.
Tried it again. From zazzle.com on a product page to zazzle.de, works.
back, i leads me to the general start page, so, zazzle.com, zazzle.de or whatever I want. And even if I try to get back on the english page, it brings me on the start page, not on this products own page.

Changed from zazzle.com to german, yes, I see a german page with english content… And if I take on product, no collection relation there. All this information, we get on the english page, “Other products from this collection”, are not there.

Yes, I have the same problem. I wanted to share a product from a German store. Change to US, and I just get the home page and the product is lost. I tried top and bottom changing countries, but nope, nothing works. I’m using Google Chrome.
If it just one, change the “.de” in the domain into “.com”
Of course, copy the link, insert it into a editor and write it new. Not as easy as Click on the flag and get it translated, but works.
