Why does the forum boards view look so strange today? I was on the forum boards earlier this morning without any problems, and everything looked normal the way it should.
But about an hour ago I went onto the forums again and it’s unbearable to try and look at! This same terrible view is now happening on my Samsung smartphone and my Samsung tablet, on both Opera and Samsung browsers. It was fine until alittle while ago, so what happened?
Is anyone else having this same problem now? Hopefully it’s just a glitch because this is terrible.
I sent Support an email with screenshots an hour ago. Wasn’t able to post screenshot here couldn’t figure it.
YES!!! I can’t even tell if I’m responding to this thread of if there are any additional responses to your post. I can’t tell what’s going on. This forum is currently unusable!
It’s completely unreadable but for post headlines. It’s poorly organized, click intensive and impossible to follow. Our original forum from a few years ago was so much easier to follow. Its successor (before the thing we’re seeing now) was not. This version is so much worse. What were they thinking? SMH.
Oh my gosh I can’t take it with the way the forum boards are looking now! I cannot even respond to someone’s reply because it just says Loading… and nothing loads!
Luckily I kept checking my emails to see if the forum responses have started showing back up there.
@Marcia I saw your comment via my email, that you’re having the same problem, and you also can’t tell if you’re responding to this thread… Thanks for somehow posting and letting me know. This is bad!
A fix has been applied, and the respective team is monitoring the results. I’m hoping it’ll be smooth sailing from here. I’ll provide an update if there are any issues.
I’ve been out busy all day, but just looked to see the latest on this issue. Yes, the forums are working fine again for me! I didn’t have to clear cache or anything. Thank you.
