I’m using iPad Pro, iPadOS 16.3.1, Safari browser. When I attempt to link a product in this forum, it comes out as just html link with no product picture or store name. When I paste the link into HTML window, no correction or error displayed, the link comes out as is. This used to work before, I could post products and collections, but for a while now it’s not working for me. This has something to do with mobile, maybe specifically iPadOS, since everyone else seems to be able to post just fine. Would appreciate to have this ability back.

Hi @Natalia . Are you using the SHARE button located to the right under the product thumbnail on the backend product pages? The link in the left corner above the large product image (on the individual product page) doesn’t work to add photos here but the other one does.

@Baylee you are a savior! I was trying the product page link which no longer has html codes. Just tried the link from the back end and it works
