Fourth Request - Please Fix Christmas Stocking Name Centering Issue

So, here we are nearly four months later, and the issue with misalignment of text on Christmas stockings has still not been fixed. If you run a generic search on the word, “Christmas,” on Zazzle’s search bar, Christmas Stockings are currently the third most frequently searched Christmas products - with Christmas cards and invitations holding the top-two slots.

So, you can see that the sales possibilities of Christmas stockings would be great — IF this issue would be fixed.

What is the deal here? What is causing the delay? It seems like simply posting about issues on this forum doesn’t get these issues resolved in a timely manner.

Maybe what we need at this point is a way to report issues directly to the Zazzle team responsible for fixing them. We intermittently get responses from moderators, who tell us they will pass the issues on to management, but this system allows many long-term and on-going issues to slip through the cracks.

And other important issues - such as non-payment of referral earnings - are getting no response at all.

Thank you for bringing this up for the FOURTH time, @Jadendreamer13
The delay is most likely caused by staff being allocated to A/B tests or whatever (other things that may cause a gazillion of new problems that also are not being addressed). Staff can only do so much.
I am not sure if a new way to report will address this. This is already the tech issue forum. It seems to be an issue of management and priorities that do not follow common logic. My five cents.

Thanks for bringing this up again @Jadendreamer13  . Not sure why it is still an issue. I found an example in your last post and have sent this to the responsible people to help us get this fixed. Thank you!
