First of all, thank you for the new framed poster options and all of the great InSitus. It’s really nice to have the option to offer and display a framed poster rather than the customer just adding a frame at checkout. There are issues with the pricing though. I’ve noticed that when you change poster sizes and frame options the pricing is all messed up. Please play around with it by adding and removing frames and changing sizes, you’ll notice that you can get a 11" x 14" framed poster for the price of just the poster even though you asked for it to be framed. See the attached screen shot for Product ID: 256175408800405014. In addition, it’s offering a download of this poster which is not enabled for download. I’ve addressed that issue in a separate post. Same problem here. I posted my first one and it was accurate.
but when I did another one, it shows the price for the poster only.
I added it to my cart and it charged for the poster only, but showed it with the frame.
