I’ve been busy building out some free tools over at printablepretty.com that I think a lot of Zazzle creators will actually find useful.
These started as tools for my own workflow to speed things up and cut down time in Illustrator and Photoshop, but they turned out solid so I figured I’d share them.
Thank you for sharing! I enjoy making patterns manually in Photoshop, but sometimes I need a quick pattern for the back of a wedding invitation or something, so a tool like this is handy. And that calendar one looks amazing!
@PrintablePretty You are SO generous. Thank you, as I don’t use Photoshop or Illustrator, well I did Photoshop in the 90s before elements, plug-ins etc. 😉
As you know, I absolutely love your paper designs. Can’t get enough of the buffalo plaids. I’ve been busy replacing awful designs created with non-seamless patterns, with yours.
I just tried all of them. These are really useful tools. It is very generous of you to make them available for free and with permission to use results commercially. :+1: Thank you.
Gah, you guys are seriously the best. Thank you so much for all the kind words, it honestly means a lot.
I’m sorry I haven’t replied to everyone individually yet. My father-in-law was recently diagnosed with cancer and just moved in with us, and I’m his primary caregiver right now. Things have been a bit heavy behind the scenes, but I’m really grateful I get to be there for him and help keep him comfortable.
That said, seeing how helpful these tools are for you all genuinely makes me want to keep building more. These started as shortcuts for my own workflow, and now I’m kind of obsessed with turning them into things other designers can actually use.
I’ve got a bunch of new ideas already in the works, and I’ll definitely share them here as I roll them out.
Thank you again for taking the time to try them and leave such thoughtful feedback. It really does mean a lot right now.
