Per store I keep track of my designs, the background colors used, the products created for each design, as well as collections, categories and tags. (I’m not the only one who does this, right?)
For those who want to do the same but don’t know how, or simply don’t have the time to create such an overview, I’ve put together a template.
If you are familiar with Excel (or other spreadsheet programs like LibreOffice Calc, which is what I use myself, without any sponsorship), you can customize it to your liking.
You can add or remove columns, rows, or tabs; change dimensions and/or background colors; and adjust the formula for the product count on the “Products created” tab.
The design numbers on that tab refer to the designs listed on the “Designs” tab. If you create more designs, you can add them yourself (provided you know how). The image size is set to 5x5 centimeters, but that can be adjusted as well.
One more thing: on most tabs, the top row (and the first column) are frozen; this makes it easier to scroll while entering data into a cell.
