Has anyone else had problems with cards printing low res on the outside from the printer in PA? All my images are to size and high-res, I have replaced all images with brand new ones for a third try, still, the outside is pixelated (including the Zazzle logo and heart) not part of my artwork, and the logo I use on all my cards that usually prints high-res. I have many designs and they have always printed beautifully. I have gone through the return help desk twice already. I don’t know what to do, it’s like they are using a picture of the file, not the artwork.
I did have this happen to an order of birthday cards. I give them out to my coworkers every month. I did return them and am about to order a new set for March birthdays. I’ll be extremely upset if this next set shows up the same way. I do not know for sure that it was the PA printer though. I just know that the cards have the issues you describe. I hoped that it was a one off problem and am now a little nervous about placing the next order…

I have had the exact same issue with my cards. The front and back was pixelated, even the Zazzle with the heart. I reordered and the same thing happened although not quite as pixelated, but still not right. I’ve contacted Customer Service about this issue. They are very helpful, but I would just like to know that this problem has been fixed. I can’t keep ordering my products just to check for quality. Thank you!
